1. 60 Blueberries
2. 14 Red Grapes
3. 1 Cup Air-Popped Popcorn with salt
4. 2 Squares of Dark Chocolate
5. 7 Raw Almonds
6. 12 Green Olives
7. 6 Dill Pickles (Not sure who would want to eat 6 of these at once, but maybe some pickle lovers will appreciate this)!
8. 1 Celery Stalk with ½ TSP Peanut Butter (Make sure it’s sugar-free)
9. 12 Cherries
10. 1 Plum 30 calories
11. 1 Peach: 38 calories
12. ½ Medium Apple
13. ½ cup Strawberries
14. 1 oz avocado (about 1/8 of an avocado) squirted with lime (45 calories)
15. 8 oz Miso soup (36 calories)
16. 2 oz Ningxia Red drink (30 calories)
