If you’re anything like me, you tend to neglect your feet.
It’s good to pay attention to your feet. After all, you use them everyday.
Place 5 green tea bags in a large pot and add about 8 cups of hot water. Let it cool to warm, then pour into a plastic basin big enough for both feet. A few drops of essential oil like lavender, peppermint, or Purification makes it even more soothing.
If you don’t have a large basin or foot spa, you can use your bathroom tub. You might say you don’t have time for a foot bath? If you have a shower/tub you could plug the drain while taking a shower and soak your feet at the same time you are taking a shower. That’s what I do many times. The aroma from the essential oils is an additional benefit as I inhale them as I’m taking a warm shower. ahhhhh. So good!
