Being Determined, Followed Up With Action Can Make You Rich

Being determined, followed up with action can make you rich.

First of all, you have to be determined. What do I mean by determined? You have to be like a mean pit bull. When they latch their jaw around something, that jaw is designed to clamp down and not let go. When you are determined, you don’t take the first no for an answer. You don’t give up! Someone said, “When you want to succeed as much as you want to breathe, then you’ll be a success.” How bad do you want it? Napoleon Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich says you must have a burning desire. If you don’t have that burning desire, then you really don’t want what you say you want. You just kind of want it. You have the attitude of “If I get it fine, and if not; fine.” NO! If you want it, as Les Brown says often “You have to be HUNGRYYYYYY!”

With determination comes action. It’s not enough to say you want something. Your determination has to be followed by action.  Tony Robbins says “Massive action brings massive results.” If you’re not getting the results you want, you have to increase your correct action steps. Noticed I said “correct.” Because baby, if you’re heading in the wrong direction going 50 miles an hour and you increase your speed to 100 miles an hour, you’re still going in the wrong direction! So measure your results, and adjust and readjust until you get to where you want to be.  If you’re getting small results, then increase your actions to be bigger results. If you’re getting no results from your actions, then correct your actions. Simple, isn’t it? So why aren’t more people getting rich? Because they keep heading in the wrong direction and refuse to change course! For example, if you’re working a job and not making enough money, and you keep working that same job for a long period of time and still aren’t making enough money, then something needs to done differently.

Another example. You’re looking for a job. You’re filling out some applications, and getting some rejection letters or emails back. Now you’re on the right track. You need to increase the number of applications.  If you keep getting rejected with no interviews, then you must change course and do something differently. Reexamine your qualifications, your resume, etc. and adjust. But let’s put this entirely into a different light. Let’s say you have a certain Company that you want to work for. You want to work for them so bad, that you don’t want to work for anybody else. Then you must be like the bulldog and clamp down on that Company until they say “yes, you’re hired.”  You must never give up and take no for an answer. You must never take “no” for an answer!! Even if you don’t get the exact position you are looking to start in, if you want to work for that Company, then get hired doing something else, until that opportunity arrives (or you help that opportunity arrive) that you do get that position you have been wanting. Will it be easy? NO. Will it be worth it? Yes, if it’s what you really want, it will be well worth it! More than you can ever image type of worth it.

Let’s take it to a higher level yet. Settling for a job, may not make you financially rich as you’d like to be. But if doing a certain job fulfills you, then that’s okay. But if you’re like me, you have bigger dreams, bigger goals to fulfill, and working for “the man” isn’t going to take you to where you want to go. You must be determined followed by action to create other sources of income. To must use the leverage of your money and actions. By being determined and following up with the correct massive action, will make you rich!
