Cut Out The Sugar Drink With Your Meal To Increase Metabolism

 

 

 

Sugar is easy for the body to turn into fuel. IT makes your metabolism less efficient. Combining sugar and protein together causes your metabolism to slow down and because of that your fat storage increases which also means your body is burning fewer calories.

So, next time you have a meal, cut out the sugary drink and have water instead.
