If you are anything like me, you loooove garlic! We are cooking with garlic all the time. Did you know garlic is healthy for you? The active compounds in garlic can reduce blood pressure.

To maximize the benefits of garlic, mince a few cloves and let the bits sit for a few minutes. This gives the properties of allicin to form and has antioxidant benefits for your body.

Its use was well documented by all the major civilizations… including the Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans and the Chinese.

Some suggestions on how to use garlic

  • Mix some in honey and take a spoon full each day.
  • Put it in your steak
  • Put it on your chicken wings before baking.
  • Blend it with cream cheese to use as a spread.
  • Mix garlic into salad dressing.
  • Use it in stirfry
