How To Help Yourself Avoid Possible Radiation From Your Cell Phone

First I want to say as far as I can find there are no conclusive studies that actually prove that cell phone radiation causes brain tumors. There are plenty of articles online that say they do.  So, just in case that they do, let’s do a couple of things to help us avoid possible brain tumors from cell phone usage.

  1. Don’t hold your phone up to your ear. Use earbuds or the speakerphone.
  2. Most people including myself put their cell phones on their nightstands.  I admit it’s handy to see what time it is and the built-in flashlight comes in handy too at night. So, put your cell phone in Airplane mode before going to bed. The alarm feature will still work even in Airplane mode, so no worries.
  3. If you only make calls out and don’t receive any (Yes there still are people like that) you can just keep your cell phone in Airplane mode until you’re ready to make a call. Then take it out of Airplane mode and put it back into Airplane mode once your call is done.

I hope these simple tips help. If you have any other tips that work, please comment below and let me know.
