Meet My Enemy, Arthur. Now I don’t have too many enemies, but Arthur is one of them.

Arthur is the opposite of my friend Frank. If you haven’t read yet about my good friend Frank, you’ll want to, especially if you know Arthur. CLICK HERE to learn about my friend Frank. I’ll be comparing the two, so it’s good to know about Frank too.

Arthur unlike Frank isn’t a good one at all. Arthur is so troublesome you have a hard time sleeping. Arthur is a real pest. Arthur can keep you awake! It seems no matter which way you turn Arthur is there. Arthur meets you in the morning too as you’re getting out of bed. You feel Arthur’s presence even when you can not see Arthur.

Arthur can be very discouraging in the things you want to do during the day, unlike Frank who can really encourage you. Things like typing, walking, bending or simply using your fingers; Arthur is there to try to stop you in your tracks!

While I cannot guarantee that I can dis-spell Arthur from your life, because once Arthur is there, Arthur doesn’t want to leave! BUT, I will make some suggestions that may help.

  1. Pure Ginger Tea. Take some ginger root and cut a little off and pound it flat. Then put it in some water and a pot to boil it. Drink it when ever you feel Arthur.
  2. Put cut Ginger root on the body part that is hurting overnight. Tape it on if you have to.
  3. Detox your whole body with three methods: A. By eating clean. Meaning no processed foods at all and no caffeine. B. Do an internal cleanse using these products. CLICK HERE. C. Have the Raindrop Technique done. (You’ll love it!).  Don’t be cheap and say you can’t afford it. Instead, ask “How can I afford it?” You only get one body, so take care of it and pamper it when you need to. Taking care of the temple of God is not a sin. It’s something we are supposed to do. So invest in yourself. It certainly won’t do a body harm as all three methods are all natural and good for your body.
  4. Be sure your diet includes plenty of veggies and greens to fight inflammation.
  5. Do body stretches every day. See your Doctor for details.
