Perspective is a powerful thing.
“It is entirely possible that behind the perception of our senses, worlds are hidden of which we are unaware.” – Albert Einstein
As I mentioned in Part 1 the Introduction to the Laws of Abundance, abundance is all around us. We just have to take notice. We can start with nature. Let us look at birds to start with.
Look at the bird above. It’s as if a Master Painter painted him. An orange beak with a touch of orange all around the eye with a little white and black by it and green on the forehead, chest, and part ways running down his back. Then a blueish color for the rest of his body with yet a little dot of orange towards the very bottom as if a bit of orange paint dripped of the Masters brush. I’d say this bird has abundant color! Most male birds do. Simply splendid!
Now lets look at a tree:
Look at the up close pine tree above. Notice the abundant needles in one small section of the whole tree. Now think about how many needles there must be on one single mature pine tree? It’s mind boggling, isn’t it!?
Let’s go back to birds again for a moment. Did you know a chicken hen can lay between 200 to 300 eggs a year? Abundant isn’t it?
The next time you are tempted to think there isn’t enough, at night; find a very dark place outside with no lights and look up at the Stars.
Just this one picture above is only a small glimpse of the stars the fill our night sky. And this is just one small section of the sky. Plus we know that there are stars we cannot see with our own eyes from Earth. There is an abundance of stars, isn’t there?
Let’s look to the sea next.
The photo above is just one of who knows how many schools of fish in the ocean. Once again, abundance!
Next, lets make it a bit more home. How about a person?
An average scalp has 100,000 follicles. Each follicle can grow about 20 individual hairs in a person’s lifetime. Amazing, when you stop to think about this one aspect alone. But let’s look at more:
The average adult human brain has about 100 billion cells. Linked by synapses, each brain cell can connect to tens of thousands of other brain cells.
And as you can imagine, I could write a whole book on the abundance of the human body in different aspects such as skin cells, nerves, the miracle of the human eye and all the colors it can detect. Marvelous, aren’t we?
Some people take it overboard in looking at nature and start worshiping it as if it’s the creator. In all of natures splendor, it is God who is the creator. So worship the creator, not the creation. ”
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. ” – Romans 1:25
Let’s appreciate nature, but let’s remember who made it.
When our eyes are open to the abundance around us, we start to realize just how much abundance there is. But what about our own lives? How do we get to this type of abundance?
May your days be filled with good health, good friends, good food, and most of all; much love,
