I am utterly amazed and shocked at the toxins, additives, and even Aspartame being added to children’s vitamins. As an adult, my mind screams that this just couldn’t be true! It appears so kid friendly and the FDA allows it on the market.
After all, as a parent I want to make sure my children get their vitamins and when a vitamin looks fun, tastes good and is chewable, wow, seems like that’s a win win for everybody, right?
We MUST get into the habit of reading the ingredients and understanding what is listed. I know it’s time consuming and frankly a pain in the butt. Nowadays though, since the FDA apparently isn’t doing their job to protect us and our family in making sure products that are going out into the market are safe, then we must do so ourselves! It’s hard to accept, but here’s the facts on this site. Read it for yourself:
Please parents, is you are giving your child this vitamin, be aware of just what you are handing your little ones.
May your days be filled with good health, good friends, good food, and most of all; much love,
Dexter D Black
