Swap out These Foods For Others for Stronger Bones

Rice/ swap for Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes have more magnesium and potassium, really important minerals for bone health.

Shrimp/ swap for Salmon & Sardines: Salmon & Sardines have vitamin D which is good for your bones.

Butter/swap for Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Extra Virgin Olive Oil has anti-oxidants and some studies suggest are good for bone health. (Also see Not All Extra Virgin Olive Oil’s Are Equal-)

Cheese dips for Guacamole: Guacamole has gats and polyphenols that are good for joint health.
