Women, Do This To Reduce Cellular Aging by 9 Years

 

Women who ran for 30 minutes five times a week reduced cellular aging by nine years, compared with sedentary individuals, a new study found. (Same for biking 60 minutes or strength training for 75 minutes).  It’s possible because exercise reduces inflammation and oxidative stress that can shorten telomeres (the protein caps on the ends of chromosomes that prevent age, thus accelerating damage).
